About the project
UC Theater seeks renovation and expansion to establish itself as a national cultural landmark, with improved technical conditions, increased capacity, and a more diverse programming agenda. This renovation also integrates spaces for students, consolidating a building that articulates consulting, continuing education, knowledge transfer, and external engagement.
Beyond infrastructure, UC Theater aims to transform into a space that empowers students to create, train, and culturally project themselves, moving from being a place where they only attend as an audience to becoming a space where they also rehearse, produce, and present their own work, thus generating a direct formative impact on individuals.
